It's almost impossible to find a powder-based blended drink mix that's organic and fair-trade. This one is both, and it works like a charm. You'll need to play a bit with the portioning - in our coffeeshop, we use a single short shot of espresso, plus 2 ounces of milk, and roughly 20 ounces of ice to make a 16 oz. blended drink. Very popular in the 100% mid-Atlantic summers ...

I'm extremely picky when it comes to coffe flavor, but I loved this frappe blend. The coffee flavor isn't overwhelming or bitter. I was a little nervous buying it in such a large bulk, but it the cost isn't as bad when you break it down by serving. I'm happy I finally found an organic frappe that tastes good.
